Saturday College Football Sentiment Scores — September 5, 2026
FSP Sentiment Score measures how strongly the betting environment supports a specific wager on a 0–100 scale. A score of 100 represents overwhelming support, 50 is mixed or neutral, and 0 represents overwhelming opposition.
This Saturday board was refreshed using current betting-market information plus betting-media coverage, fresh X/social searches, filtered YouTube discovery and targeted Gemini video analysis. The scores measure sentiment — not betting value.
Market eligibility: Standard FSP Sentiment Score boards include full-game spreads, moneylines and totals only. First-quarter, first-half, team-total, player-prop and alternate-line markets are excluded unless FSP publishes a separate derivative-market report.

What Changed After the Fresh Social + Gemini Pass
Oregon remains the clearest high-sentiment side. Reported sportsbook activity has been heavily Oregon-weighted, including a strong money percentage on the Ducks. Fresh Gemini analysis also found an actionable Oregon -24.5 recommendation. Boise still has credible expert support, which is why the score stops short of the very top of the scale.
Auburn moved sharply higher. Three relevant WagerTalk videos analyzed through Gemini produced two actionable Auburn -7.5 recommendations and another Auburn lean. Current betting-media coverage is also broadly favorable to Auburn.
Boise State–Oregon Over remains popular, but it is not unanimous. Fresh Gemini found two actionable Over 51.5 recommendations, while Ralph Michaels made Under 51.5 his official best bet. That conflict matters and prevents the Over from scoring even higher despite heavy reported betting support.
Alabama and Indiana remain on the Saturday full-game board. Both are heavily favored national-brand sides with strong public visibility and substantial betting/media attention. Their large spreads keep the sentiment scores below the more concentrated Oregon and Auburn signals.
Clemson–LSU changed substantially from the preliminary board. Fresh Gemini analysis produced Teddy Covers on Clemson +10, Mark Zinno on first-half Under, and Tony George on full-game Under 50.5. The first-half opinion is contextual research only and is not eligible for the standard SS ranking. The full-game evidence pushes Clemson and the Under higher while materially reducing the earlier pro-LSU/Over reading.
UCLA–California Under 53.5 rounds out the validated full-game board. The Under has support from a strong historical rivalry trend and a modestly favorable current information environment.
Corrections: Wisconsin–Notre Dame and Ole Miss–Louisville are Sunday, September 6 games and were removed from this Saturday report. Ohio State first-quarter -12.5 was also removed because derivative markets are not eligible for the standard FSP Sentiment Score board.
Low-Sentiment / Contrarian Candidates to Evaluate Next
The most important opposite-side candidates for the Contrarian Value Score are Boise State +24.5, Baylor +7.5, and selected underdog positions where heavy favorite sentiment may have improved the number.
A low Sentiment Score is not an automatic fade signal. The next step is to determine whether public pressure actually created a price better than FSP’s independent fair value.
BET WISELY.
